Fantastic activities for the whole family to enjoy over Easter
With the Easter holidays now here, there’s no doubt you’re looking for some fun and exciting activities to do with the kids. Luckily, there’s lots on offer across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

1. Bounce around at AirHop Trampoline Park

2. Embark on aquatic adventures at Bristol Aquarium
Bristol Aquarium offers a variety of fun family activities this Easter, including an extreme egg hunt trail around the aquarium, additional talks and feeds and engaging events and competitions for visitors of all ages to enjoy.
The Aquatic Adventures event also aims to educate visitors on fun marine activities that can be done at your local seaside or river, such as finding mermaids’ purses (ray eggs) on the seaside, or litter picking around the Avon River.
Head down to see an octopus, a giant grouper and other fascinated creatures this easter at Bristol Aquarium.

3. Experience the magic of movies with Sunset Cinema Company
This Easter, why not entertain the family with a movie marathon? Or plan a cinema party for a special someone’s birthday?

The Outdoors Project in Bristol has been running fun outdoor holiday clubs for children aged 5-11 since 2014.
Its holiday club locations are St Barnabas School and The Ardagh on Horfield Common, where it also provides children’s birthday parties on Saturdays.

5. Learn all about cars at Haynes Motor Museum
Back by popular demand, discover the fastest and slowest cars as part of Haynes Motor Museum’s special trail taking place this Easter.
Travel through time to discover some of the automobiles which shaped motor racing history as you follow a specially made lap of the museum, learning fascinating facts and speedy stats along the way.
The trail is free for you to collect on arrival at reception.

6. Meet Peter Rabbit and Lily Bobtail at Coney Beach Porthcawl
Head to Coney Beach Pleasure Park this Easter holiday to create great memories and take pictures with some famous faces.
On Wednesday, April 20, 2022, from 1pm to 6pm, there will be some very special guests at the park: Peter Rabbit and Lily Bobtail.
There’ll also be arcade games, rides, American doughnuts and sweets, ice cream hot fresh food, and lots more to enjoy.
