Cheapest all-inclusive holiday destinations to beat cost-of-living crisis

A discount shopping expert has analysed the cost of an all-inclusive holiday per person across 46 popular destinations to determine the top value-for-money locations. All-inclusive packages are among the most popular with UK holidaymakers, with the majority of food and drink included in the deal.

Online voucher code site Savoo has looked at dozens of the world’s top resorts to determine the cheapest destinations for an all-inclusive break. Whilst this form of package can ease money stresses when on holiday, it can be a challenge to find the best deal that doesn’t break the bank.

Agadir in Morocco is the cheapest destination this summer for an all-inclusive getaway costing just £490 on average per person. With beaches close by and an average temperature of 26C, the coastal city is a must-go-to destination for a holiday on a budget.

The Costa Brava in Spain and Istanbul, in Turkey, rank as the second and third most affordable all-inclusive destinations, with a respective average total price of £546 and £559. Sorrento, Italy, features fourth at £593, whilst Portugal’s Madeira also makes the top 10 list at £630.

Sal in Cape Verde offers travellers the best value for an all-inclusive trip, according to online ratings, costing £920 per person. Antalya in Turkey, which also ranks as the 10th cheapest location with an all-inclusive cost averaging at just under £700 per person, is second best for value with a wide range of hotel options.

Pula, Croatia not only ranks as the most expensive all-inclusive location in Europe, but also the worst value for money, with just one all-inclusive venue available.

Ed Fleming, managing director at Savoo, said: “With many individuals looking to go abroad this summer, whilst also looking to avoid breaking the bank in light of the cost-of-living crisis, seeking the best deal is crucial to reducing any financial stress when booking a holiday this year.

Identifying the most important features you want to be included in your holiday, checking reviews and carefully looking at what is included are just some ways to help you make the right choice. With the opportunity to still save for the summer months, exploring money-saving techniques will help prepare you for your trip, from reviewing any monthly outgoings that can be cancelled to utilising voucher deals.”
